Curly hair styles will work for any formal occasion.  Wear your hair extremely curly, like Olesya Sudzilovskaya, or wear it wavy or with ring curls.

 

Either way, you will need the help of a curling iron and some hair care products formulated for curly hair.

 

Apply a curl-enhancing cream or gel all over damp hair.  Blow dry the hair using a diffuser attachment and just your fingers to shape and position the hair.  If you use a brush or comb, you will take out a lot of the curl in the hair, which will make you work much harder to create the curly look.

 

Use a small barrel curling iron to further define the curl pattern and position the hair.  Apply a strong hold finishing spray for curly hair all over the hair.
